Coronavirus: L'enseigne d'ameublement et de décoration française Alinéa dépose le bilan

La célèbre enseigne d'ameublement et de décoration française Alinéa a déposé le bilan, a annoncé ce samedi son directeur général, Alexis Mulliez, à La Provence.


En cause : «Nous avons eu coup sur coup les gilets jaunes fin 2018 et les manifestations contre la réforme des retraites fin 2019. En maintenant le Covid-19 qui nous a obligés à cesser notre activité durant presque deux mois », a indiqué Alexis Mulliez. « Il n'était plus possible de tenir et c'est pourquoi nous avons déclaré l'état de cessation de paiement et nous sommes placés sous la protection du tribunal de commerce de Marseille», ajoute-t-il.
La Provence précise que les juges consulaires ont fixé la date de cessation des paiements au 6 mai et ouvert une procédure de redressement judiciaire. Le quotidien régional ajoute que deux possibilités sont envisageables pour redresser l'entreprise: le dépôt d'un plan de continuation par ses actionnaires ou l'appel à des repreneurs. Les délais de dépôt des offres sont ouverts jusqu'au 16 juin. «Toutes les possibilités sont sur la table, y compris une reprise extérieure en complémentaire», a indiqué Alexis Mulliez à nos confrères.
